What Is a Geolist?

A Geolist is a tool that lets you target specific geographic locations using latitude and longitude coordinates. You can use Geolists in your campaigns to either:

  • Target users in certain offline locations, or

  • Measure visits to those areas, such as store visits or event attendance.

Why Use Geolists?

Geolists help you create location-based advertising strategies. Instead of targeting broad areas like cities or countries, you can focus on very precise locations — like stores, airports, stadiums, or even competitor locations.

 Main Uses

1. Target Specific Areas

Use Geolists to define real-world areas you want to reach with ads in:

  • Mobile campaigns

  • Connected TV (CTV)

  • Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH)

This is especially useful for local promotions, store openings, or event-based campaigns.

2. Measure Visits

Track if users have entered a specific area after seeing your ad — a great way to measure real-world impact and foot traffic.

 Limits & Management

  • Each Geolist can contain up to 50,000 individual areas.

  • You can edit or update your Geolists anytime in the Geolists section of the platform.

 Summary

Geolists allow you to run hyper-local campaigns and track offline behavior with precision. Whether you want to promote a physical store or monitor visits to key locations, Geolists make it possible.
