What Is a Viewable Impression?
The industry standard (MRC & IAB) says:

For display ads: At least 50% of the ad must be visible on screen for 1 second

How to Activate Viewability in Targetoo
To enable real-time viewability targeting:

Go to the Viewability section in your Multichannel campaign.

Toggle the switch next to “viewability option.”

Accept the terms and conditions.
This feature adds an extra cost (check the platform for details).
Targeting only viewable inventory may reduce the available traffic for your campaign.
Use the Campaign Monitor to track traffic availability and adjust settings if needed.
